COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply when entering competitions published on pethamper.co.uk

pethamper.co.uk is owned and operated by Passion 4 (UK) Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales No. 5894071, whose registered office is at Unit 4 Corner Shippon, Clifton Fields, Lytham Road, Preston, PR4 0XG.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 By entering the competition and purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.

1.2 The competition is being run by Passion 4 (UK) Ltd as referenced above.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

2.1 The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age who are based in the UK.

2.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

2.3 A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

2.4 The competition costs £5.00 (inc VAT) per ticket

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 To enter the competition, simply navigate via our Competitions menu to the competition of your choice, enter your details at the checkout and process your ticket purchase.

3.2 Passion 4 (UK) Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

3.3 The prize is as detailed on the specific competition page you are entering.

3.4 Passion 4 (UK) Ltd’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

3.5 The winner will be drawn at random once all 100 tickets for that competition are sold.

3.6 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

3.7 We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

3.8 The decision of Passion 4 (UK) Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

4. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

4.1 The winner will be notified via email.

4.2 Passion 4 (UK) Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

4.3 If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Passion 4 (UK) Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

5. RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE

5.1 Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

6. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

6.1 You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by TLC for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy policy.

6.2 All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@pethamper.co.uk

6.3 The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Passion 4 (UK) Ltd.

6.4 An announcement of the winners first name will be made via the pethamper.co.uk site.

6.5 All personal information shall be used in accordance with Passion 4 (UK) Ltd’s Privacy Policy.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Passion 4 (UK) Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition or being selected for a prize, save that Passion 4 (UK) Ltd does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

7.2 Passion 4 (UK) Ltd reserves the right to cancel competitions or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

7.3 Competitions and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
