FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET YOUR HAMPER
- Select one of the hampers below, depending on your pet.
- Click on the basket item (top right) and select “view basket”.
- Enter the unique code you received in your Animal Friends email. This will ensure you receive the complimentary delivery.
- Checkout! After entering your details for the delivery, your hamper will be processed. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your hamper is on its way.
DELIVERY NOTE: Your delivery will take 5-10 working days to reach you from the date you placed your order. Please only contact us after this period should your parcel not have been received. Please ensure the delivery address entered is correct, this cannot be amended after the order has been placed. We are not responsible for missing parcels due to an incorrect address entered.
