Royal Mail Tracked Standard: 3-5 Working Days | Royal Mail Tracked Express: 1-2 Working Days. For any upgraded/fast-tracked delivery services, please contact us.
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE HAMPER PER DELIVERY?
Yes, of course! You can order up to 3 hampers per order. For anything above this, please place your order as normal and we will be in touch regarding any additional delivery charges.
MY ORDER CONTAINS A PRE-ORDER ITEM, WHEN WILL IT BE DISPATCHED?
Your order will be dispatched in full, once the pre-order item/s is available for dispatch. We do not dispatch orders in multiple deliveries. All pre-order items show the estimated dispatch week on the product listing.
CAN I ORDER YOUR GIFT PACKAGING ONLY?
Unfortunately we don’t allow this. Our team work tirelessly researching and testing products to ensure our brand represents the best products in the market. Our gift packaging represents our brand therefore we require at least 3 items to be purchased per every gift packaging in your order.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, WILL PRICES BE SHOWN ON DELIVERY?
In our orders we only pop in a packing slip, which just shows the items that have been ordered, there are no prices on it.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
WHAT INTERNATIONAL COUNTRYS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Currently we delivery to the USA, Canada & Australia. Please complete the check out as normal for these orders. We also do deliver to countries within the EU, however due to complications from Brexit, orders to the EU cannot include any products with food in e.g. dog treats. For any EU orders, please complete our contact form and we will advise you on how to place your order.
HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TAKE?
For orders to the USA, Canada & Australia the delivery time is usually between 7-14 working days, however on rare occasions they can take up to 4 weeks.
For orders within the EU the delivery time is usually between 5-10 working days, however on rare occasions they can take up to 4 weeks.
Please note an international order is not classed as late/missing, unless 28 working days have past the order dispatch date.
RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope you are entirely satisfied with your products however in the unlikely event you would like to return / cancel any products:
If you have not yet received a dispatch email, please notify your request to cancel the order via email to info@pethamper.co.uk
OR
If you received your goods, return requests must be made to us in writing within 14 days of receiving your items. Please email info@pethamper.co.uk. You then have a further 14-days to get your items back to us. Currently we are unable to offer free returns, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us, so we advise you send these via a tracked delivery service. All goods must be returned to us in a resale-able condition, items must not have been opened or tested and must have all labels still attached and not tampered with. Once your items have reached us, we will check your items within 3 working days and issue a refund if the above has been adhered to. Postage charges on the original outgoing order will not be refunded, nor will we cover the postage costs of items returned to us. Upon receipt of the goods, we will check your returns and if everything is satisfactory, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Sale items and personalised items (greetings cards) are non-refundable unless faulty.
MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
Here at Pet Hamper we hand check every item in every order that leaves our premises. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving (signing for) the goods. You must notify us in writing at info@pethamper.co.uk including photographs of the damaged/faulty item.
